Warning! Not all domain name registration services (registrars) are created equal. We highly recommend that you choose your own registrar and do not let your Internet service provider or web hosting service register your name for you. That way you retain complete control over your domain name and do not fall into the Verisign/Network Solutions trap.

We are discontinuing our InetAddresses.net domain registration service. Until now we have offered the service under an affiliate agreement with DomainDiscover. However, they have lowered their registration prices below what we can feasibly charge as an affiliate, essentially undercutting their affiliates. For this reason, along with several other reasons related to their affiliate related practices, we have determined that it is no longer practical to offer the service.

They are still a good domain registration service and, currently, we plan to keep our own domains registered through them.

Existing InetAddresses.net customers may login to manage their domains directly from the DomainDiscover.com web site using their existing login or domain name and password. Once our affiliate agreement is terminated, any domains registered through InetAddresses.net will be transferred to DomainDiscover. No action will be required on your part.

Customer support for your domains will continue to be provided by DomainDiscover as it always has been. The main changes you will notice as a customer is that DomainDiscover requires a minimum of a two year registration for new domains, where we only required one, and your price for new registrations and renewals will be a little lower than what we were able to provide. When we started this service, DomainDiscover was charging $25/yr for the common top level domains, such as .com, .net, .org, etc., so it would cost a minimum of $50 to register one new domain directly through them.
